Wysong’s Pod brackets are designed to mount steerable microwave antennas, mapping systems, or other data collection systems.*  These antennas are part of the system used to provide live breaking news on television and live surveillance to law enforcement agencies. This bracket supports the installation of a variety of Microwave antenna pods in order to permit live Video Downlinks from the helicopter. Wysong’s Universal Pod bracket can be used with a cargo hook installed on a 206L or 407 (407 pending approval). The pod and bracket would need to be removed in order to use the cargo hook.
